MoveSmart is a self-paced online movement programme provided by AB Pilates for general fitness and wellness purposes only. By purchasing or accessing the Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Programme is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. You should consult a qualified health professional before beginning, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or have a medical condition. You agree to listen to your body and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort beyond normal exercise fatigue.

Payments & Refunds
Payment must be made in full before access is granted
Purchases are non refundable. By purchasing and/or accessing the course content immediately upon payment, you expressly consent to receive the digital content and acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access begins.
Account Access & Sharing
Access is 365 days from date of purchase
The Program is for personal use for one individual only. You agree not to share your login details, access codes, or programme content with any other person. Unauthorised sharing may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
