Module 1: Spine (20 mins)
We're kicking off with a deep dive on all things spine.
What is it? How does it move? And how can we protect it from wear and tear?
The spine is a big topic, and a complex structure, so set aside some time for this one. Future lessons will be much shorter.
Start with the video lessons and PDFs (13 mins total).
Then dive straight into your first movement sequence when you're ready (9 mins).
You need a cushion, or Yoga block for this session, and may want a small, folded towel to support you head (just remove it when your hips move higher than your head, as they will in the bridges we're doing here).
