Module 1: Spine (20 mins)

We're kicking off with a deep dive on all things spine.

What is it? How does it move? And how can we protect it from wear and tear?

The spine is a big topic, and a complex structure, so set aside some time for this one. Future lessons will be much shorter.

  • Start with the video lessons and PDFs (13 mins total).

  • Then dive straight into your first movement sequence when you're ready (9 mins).

  • You need a cushion, or Yoga block for this session, and may want a small, folded towel to support you head (just remove it when your hips move higher than your head, as they will in the bridges we're doing here).
