Module 2: The Hips (17 mins)

This module is all about the hips

We're looking at the basic anatomy of the hips, and the pelvis as a force balancer.

  • Watch the lessons, these ones are shorter than last weeks

  • Then enjoy the sequence

  • There are no props required for this session, but you may wish to use that small, folded towel to support your head - you know by now to use this as applicable and remove it when your hips go higher than your head, as in bridges.
